Introducing Theresa Tobin Macy
our NEW Massage Therapist

    Theresa Tobin Macy, CPDMT 

 

Theresa is a graduate of the Professional Massage Therapy program at the Cortiva Pennsylvania School of Muscle Therapy. Continuing her education, Theresa earned her certification in deep muscle cross fiber therapy from the Pfrimmer Institute. She recently joined the faculty at Cortiva as an instructor of Massage Therapy and Musculoskeletal Anatomy and Kinesiology.

Theresa approaches her therapy with a holistic understanding of the interconnectedness between the musculoskeletal, fascial, and nervous systems and their impact on the visceral systems of the body. Layering her treatment with Pfrimmer cross fiber therapy, myofascial release, neuromuscular techniques and stretching, Theresa’s goal is to facilitate the body’s ability to function efficiently and engage its healing processes.

Her commitment to assisting others along their journey towards beneficial changes in their lives, led her to practice members with a variety of different goals. These goals range from relaxation, to pain management, to incorporating life choices to maintain their health and wellness. Her intent is assisting clients to increase flexibility, improve movement and manage pain by Turning Chronic Into Occasional©.

Wednesdays 1:30 pm - 7 pm
Thursdays 10 am - 7pm

Rates:
1 hour - $75
1 1/2 hours - $105
